Hygiene and precision are of utmost importance to me. Spending ample time consulting with my clients is an integral part to get a motif just right. A tattoo should be unique and well planned.

Originally a trained creative decorator, Jeannine, the owner the Drink Ink tattoo parlor, has been working as a tattoo artist for over 8 years. With responsibility and an air of meticulousness, not to mention the immense respect she has for her craft, she continually manages to transfer her clients ideas onto their respective bodies. In the past, Jeannine worked at "Rue de Framboise" in Zurich and at "Body Art Tattoo" in Basel, until she founded her own tattoo parlor in Baden in 2009. She favors scripts, graphic and ornamental tattoos as well as Black- and Dotwork. Flowers and animals are often motives in her work.

My clients understand and appreciate the fact that I try to add my own personal touch, especially in larger motifs. Artistic freedom is an essential part of that process.

Initially trained as an illustrator and later as a tattoo artist, in around 2009 Mathias began working as a full time tattoo artist at "Rue de Framboise" in Zurich. Later, in October 2011, he relocated to Drink Ink, where he quickly became an integral part of the studio. An artist through and through, Mathi is known for his extraordinary ideas, very personal motives and his friendly, uncomplicated demeanor. Sporadically he can be found working at "add'ink Tattoo Studio" in Geneva, as a guest tattoo artist. Mathias' style can best be described as neo-traditional with Japanese influences in black/grey or color. The female form and flowers are among his specialities.

Do. Or do not. There is no try.

Almost like Luke Skywalker the former Padawan has returned to Drink Ink Tattoo after having been away for some years gathering experience in other tattoo parlors across the country. Not to complete his Jedi training, but to instead support the Drink Ink team as a grown, fully fledged tattoo artist. Yves' preferred style is Old School; but just like the rest of us his skills are manifold and he's up for practically anything (really, anything). We're thrilled to see this old snot rag back in our ranks. Welcome back boiii!

Accompanying a client from the first interview to their finished tattoo and seeing the joy we're able to give them simply with needle and ink, is the most rewarding feeling ever.

Prior to enriching the Drink Ink team seven years ago, Jasmine had studied to become an accomplished illustrator and she had worked, among other things, as a web designer. She devoted herself then to becoming a tattoo artist under the tutelage of Jeannine and she has been at it for over four years now. She does all kinds of motives, most of all, though, she likes to do black- or dotwork styles. Her most favorite motives encompass, among others, mandalas, ornaments, animals, and plants.

Take care of your local street cats
